Tigran Shahnazaryan is the founder and lead consultant of Novelance.
Before founding Novelance, Tigran was SADA’s Director of Business Systems and was responsible for building all of the company’s worldwide ERP and CRM capabilities, including 1,000+ customizations, enhancements, and automations. He also established a process of creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures for all key functions.
Before joining SADA, Tigran was Consulting Technical Manager for Oracle | NetSuite, leading complex implementations for Technology, Software, and Services organizations. He also helped build the Advanced Revenue Recognition Standalone Module that NetSuite offers its customers.
Tigran also spent 16 years in Auditing, Accounting, and Finance, where he earned his CPA and led international teams as a Controller.
Jon Ostap is the Chief Technology Officer at Novelance, where he leverages over eight years of expertise in enterprise systems architecture, technical leadership, and digital transformation.
Jon leads the company’s technical strategy and spearheads the development of comprehensive solutions that streamline operations and empower organizations to make data-driven decisions. His deep expertise in systems integration, enterprise software development, and automation consistently transforms complex business processes into strategic competitive advantages.
At SADA (an Insight company), he managed core business systems while engineering sophisticated automation solutions and integrations for complex enterprise environments.
Jon’s proven track record includes multiple technical leadership roles at NetSuite, where he specialized in advanced customizations and innovative module development for enterprise clients. This technical foundation is further enriched by his extensive experience in business systems analysis and consulting, ensuring that every solution is both technically sound and aligned with business objectives.

Marco is the Chief Experience Officer of Novelance.
Before joining Novelance, Marco was SADA's Senior Manager of Business Systems. He collaborated with an internal team of specialists to manage all NetSuite-related enhancement requests. This involved working directly with stakeholders to gain a clear understanding of processes, documentation of requirements, and custom/configurable objects, as well as working with key stakeholders to operationalize and coordinate the deployment of NetSuite deliverables.
Before joining SADA, Marco was a Solution Architect for the Retail and Distribution(RD) vertical for Oracle | NetSuite, solutioning and leading numerous challenging implementations, system assessments, and customization requests.
Marco has over 13 years of experience in working with NetSuite ERP as well as over 7 years in front-to-end operational business experience prior to that.
