Before founding Novelance, Tigran was SADA’s Director of Business Systems and was responsible for building the company’s worldwide ERP and CRM capabilities, including 1,000+ customizations, enhancements, and automations. He also established a process of creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures for all key functions.

Before joining SADA, Tigran was Consulting Technical Manager for Oracle | NetSuite, leading complex implementations for Technology, Software, and Services organizations. He also helped build the Advanced Revenue Recognition Standalone Module that NetSuite offers its customers.

Tigran also spent 16 years in Auditing, Accounting, and Finance, where he earned his CPA and led international teams as a Controller.
