As a Consultant at Novelance, Lusine brings over a decade of progressive accounting and leadership experience to every NetSuite engagement.

Lusine built her career by moving from local tax and advisory work to public company reporting, alongside earning her ACCA membership. Having spent years as an internal accounting leader and power user responsible for financial close, consolidation, and compliance, flux and trend analysis, and statutory audit support across US GAAP, IFRS, and FRS 102 entities, she understands not only how NetSuite functions technically, but how finance teams rely on it daily to run their operations under real-world reporting pressure.

Before joining Novelance, Lusine held an Associate Manager of Accounting position at SADA, an Insight company, where she led finance-driven NetSuite initiatives such as building out SOX compliance and internal control reporting to strengthen close audit trails, and designing custom financial statements with complex GL mapping to support SEC reporting and cross-ERP parent company consolidation.

Continually expanding her technical depth, Lusine earned her NetSuite SuiteFoundation Specialist certification within three months of joining Novelance and is actively expanding her credentials toward NetSuite Administrator and ERP Consultant certifications.
