Helder serves as Chief Information Officer at Novelance, providing technical leadership and driving the strategy and execution of enterprise system architecture.

Helder brings over two decades of technology and consulting experience, including 15 years dedicated specifically to the NetSuite ecosystem.
Prior to joining Novelance, Helder spent six years as an Associate Director at a premier Google partner, spearheading NetSuite platform enhancements and complex integrations across the Google Cloud and Workspace platforms.

Helder’s deep NetSuite expertise was built during an eight-year tenure directly at Oracle NetSuite as a Consulting Technical Manager, where he led implementations across diverse product areas as well as assisting in the initial release of the SuitePeople product.

Prior to NetSuite, Helder began his career with eight years as a data management and analytics consultant, providing him with a data-driven foundation for architecting and maintaining scalable enterprise systems.
