Marco is the Chief Experience Officer of Novelance, where he draws on years of NetSuite experience to translate the needs of end users — from business-centric stakeholders to highly technical and financial specialists — into actionable requirements, guiding projects through the full documentation-to-deployment cycle.

Before joining Novelance, Marco was SADA's Senior Manager of Business Systems, where he collaborated with an internal team of specialists to manage all NetSuite-related enhancement requests. He worked directly with stakeholders to understand their processes and document requirements, oversaw custom and configurable objects, and partnered with key stakeholders to operationalize and coordinate the deployment of NetSuite enhancements.
Before joining SADA, Marco was a Solution Architect for the Retail and Distribution vertical at Oracle NetSuite, leading numerous challenging implementations, system assessments, and customization requests.

Marco has over 14 years of experience working with NetSuite ERP, along with more than 7 years of front-to-back operational business experience prior to that.
